Maison a louer – Période JO 2024 (3 à 8 personnes)

Bonjour à tous ! Nous louons notre charmante maison de 135m2 avec terrasse pour la période des jeux olympiques. (Disponible du 24.07 au 14.08 avec un minimum de 4 nuits, 800EUR/nuit) Elle peut accueillir de 3 à 8 personnes grâce à ses 3 chambres doubles et son canapé dans le salon. Au rdc, se trouve la cuisine toute équipée (Four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, frigo/congélateur, lave-linge et sèche-linge), WC, bureau, coin lecture, salle à manger et accès à la terrasse principale avec sa table pour des repas ensoleillés. Au premier étage se situe le salon très cosy avec TV, canapé lit confortable, piano ainsi qu'un bureau, et petite terrasse d'appoint avec une chaise longue. Au deuxième étage se trouve une des trois chambres disponible ainsi qu'une salle de douche + WC et une salle de bain. Les deux autres chambres sont au troisième et dernier étage, sous les toits avec une vue imprenable sur le coucher du soleil depuis l'une d'elles. Toutes les chambres disposent d'un lit double, rideaux occultants et de rangements. Petite particularité: la disposition des chambres. Pour accéder au troisième étage dans les chambres sous toit, il faut passer par la chambre du deuxième étage. En sus, l'une des chambres restera occupée par l'un de nous pour la durée du séjour afin de pouvoir assurer le ménage, répondre à toutes questions. La maison se situe dans un des quartiers prisés de la ville, fait de villas, ces petites rues piétonnes pavées et fleuries, à deux pas du parc de Buttes-Chaumont et de Belleville. TRANSPORTS À 2 minutes se trouve le métro 7bis, et à 10min la ligne 11 (toutes les deux non-affectées par les restrictions des JOs). La ligne de bus 71 se trouve également en bas de la rue et permet de rejoindre le centre ville très simplement. COMMERCES De nombreux commerces se situent à proximité : Franprix à 2min, Lidl à 5min, Monoprix et supermarché bio à 10min. Plusieurs boulangeries, une fromagerie de qualité, ainsi que des bars et restaurants. En bref, une maison où il fait bon vivre, meublée et organisée pour pouvoir en profiter au mieux !
