Gorgeous hard wood flooring throughout except for the loft2. Tongue & groove pine cathedral ceiling3. Over-sized stone gas log fireplace in the living room4. Lots of windows to let in that Smoky Mountain Sunshine5. 3 gas log fireplaces and one electric fireplace Seasonal outdoor pool is located about 14 minutes away down Wears Valley Road. The open floor plan comfortably accommodates your family and friends. Smoky Mountain Splendor has two spacious king master suites, (one on the main level and one on the lower level), each having a gas log fireplace, whirlpool tub and luxurious private bathroom featuring custom cabinetry with double vanities, tile flooring, and walk-in showers with seats. The living room has a pull out sofa bed. Upstairs, the loft is serving as the third bedroom. You will find the media/game room with surround sound, shuffleboard table, high definition TV, electric fireplace, queen bed and another full bath. The loft is partially walled. The queen bed is in the corner to create the sleeping area. There is a closet and a small dresser. There is a wheel chair ramp from the parking area to the deck. There also will be a couple extra light bulbs under the kitchen sink. Extra batteries can be found in the drawer in the kitchen. The parking area has amble space for 3 large vehicles or 4 small vehicles.We do not allow one night bookings. We have a minimum of 2 nights.There is an additional charge for any adult in your party over 6 adults.The pet fee is per pet per stay. Price is the high season price. Enter the cabin into the stunning full galley kitchen where you will be welcomed by stainless steel appliances, cement tile floors and all the conveniences of home. The kitchen opens up to the dining room. The handsome dining room table has seating for six. The living room and dining room have beautiful hard wood floors. The home is decorated with log style furnishings. The living room and dining room look out over the breathtaking views of Mt. LeConte. On this floor is a master suite with its own private bathroom. "Our Smoky Mountain View" is the first house you come to on the street. It's bedroom windows face east. Wherever you choose to sleep in this cabin, you will awake to a spectacular view. You will be greeted every morning with a beautiful sunrise. Upstairs is a huge open loft bedroom / game room. There is a full bath on this level with a Jacuzzi tub. This bedroom has large glass floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the magnificent Smoky Mountain Views. From here, you can walk out onto the deck where there is a hot tub to soak in after all the days activities in the Great Smoky Mountains or in Pigeon Forge. The kids will love the upper level. It has a small kids loft which is accessed by a ladder. Here they will enjoy their own little sleeping area. There is also a video game area on this level for the children to unwind after all your days activities. "Our Smoky Mountain View" can accommodate up to 4 adults and up to 4 children for a total of 8 people. There is a fireplace up at the amenities center that you can bring your own wood to and enjoy a fire. There is space for 2 large cars or 3 small cars out front. I am an owner of this time share which is located in Indio, CA. Indio is in the Coachella Valley home of the Coachella Music Festival , Stagecoach Festival, National Date Festival and the International Tamale Festival. Enjoy a 5 star accommodation in a lush resort. This rate is per night with a minimum of 3 night stay in a fully equipped one bedroom suite. All you need to bring is food and drinks. Shorter and longer stays also available. This offer is not restricted to suite size. Price will vary accordingly. Prices may vary by season, event, and check-in date. Friday check-in virtually any week in 2025. This vacation is for an entire week in the highly desired and rare 2-bedroom, 2-bath BearCrest unit at Lagonita Lodge on Big Bear Lake. Sleeps 6 people. 1,050 sq ft. I personally own this unit. If you rent from me, then you get first dibs for next year for dates of your choice. I also own Christmas week from 12/20 to 12/27, 2024 in case you are interested? The July and August weeks will eventually sell-out completely for all units, as it does every year.
