This is Tiny Toledo, a 1-bedroom 1-bathroom cabin with a loft and a boathouse on the Toledo Bend lakefront. Six people can sleep in this cabin thanks to the three beds. The total square feet of this cabin is about 500 sf. The bedroom has a full sized bed, the loft upstairs has a king sized bed, and in the living room there is a queen sized sleeper sofa. The cabin's bathroom has a single lavatory with a stand up shower. The living room, kitchen, and dining area have all of the amenities of home including a refrigerator, oven, stove, and a microwave. Just next to the kitchen is a small space that has a stackable washer and dryer. The cabin is all wood inside with walnut accents that give this place a very rustic lakehouse feel. Part of our deck is screened in to keep the bugs out while you enjoy the breathtaking sunsets. The other part of the deck is outside of the cabin, has a table and chairs, and a charcoal grill. Out in front of our lakefront cabin is a boat house that is over the water. It has a gathering area and seating to watch those beautiful 3-mile sunsets that happen at Tiny Toledo. The boathouse also has a boat slip with an electric lift so that you can get your boat out of the water when you aren't using it. There is no internet at the cabin so you will need to use the hotspot on your phone. We have a roku tv that you can use to connect to your hotspot and stream your favorite programming. Keep in mind that while Tiny Toledo sleeps 6 people, we also have a property right next door called "Toledo Bend Camper". You guessed it, Toledo Bend Camper is a lakefront camper that sleeps 6 more people. Float some minnows on a cork or bottom-fish night crawlers. We have caught bass, bream, sac-a-lait, and catfish from the boat dock.Where is the nearest grocery store?The closest one is Fisherman's Quik Stop on Hwy 191, then there's Curtis grocery, then there's Market Basket in Leesville.Is this a lakefront cabin?Yes! Tiny Toledo is located mid-lake on the Louisiana lakefront.
